There is no cost for both Waiver and GAFC programs for MassHealth eligible members.
The GAFC Program Eligibility
The GAFC Program is available to individuals who meet the following conditions:
- Be at least 22 years old
- Be income-eligible for MassHealth Standard
- Live in an affordable housing development
- Need daily assistance with one or more activities of daily living (ADL), such as bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and/or moving around
- Be approved by the physician for GAFC services
- Be screened and approved by MassHealth for the program
