Erhap House Care is a home and community-based waivers program provider that makes long-term community services available to eligible individuals. Individuals in a waiver can receive both traditional MassHealth services and the additional services available. All waiver participants work with a case manager to develop a service plan that reflects the waiver services and support they need in the community. As an HCBS Provider, Erhap House Care provides the following services:

We incorporate the following with our waiver services:
- Daily personal care services in your own home
- Medication Management
- Shopping, housekeeping, meal preparation and cleanup, laundry, transportation coordination, and case management
- 24/7, 365-day access to services
- Adult day health services, or home-delivered meals program (with prior approval)
- Program’s nurse and social worker visit every 60-days (one per month on alternate months).
