Who We Are
Erhap House Care is a group adult foster care (GAFC) in Taunton, Massachusetts that provides daily assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADL), and care management services (social worker/nursing services) to eligible Massachusetts residents so they can maintain their autonomy and can stay safe and comfortable in their own homes.

We offer professional and comprehensive home care to individuals at home who need aid with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL), Personal Care Assisting, Companionship and much more. We are a multidisciplinary team of care givers that assesses everyone’s needs and provides home care to maximum benefit to the people that we serve. Our goal is to enable our clients to live healthier lives. Our team of case managers, nurses, personal care attendants and home health aides go the extra mile to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services that we provide.
About Our Home Health Care Options:
We offer MassHealth sponsored long term Personal Care Attendant, Companionship, Home Health Aides, Homemaking, Skill Nursing through the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) program. Participants receive services in their homes in the community instead of in an institution. To qualify for this program, the member should be above 22 years with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) from a stroke, brain trauma or other brain related injuries and meets the financial requirement for MassHealth in the community. Referrals to us to provide these services are made to us by the ABI/MRC Case Managing Services
